CCTV Platform Videoanalytics

Intellectual CCTV system with case analytics, service analytics and face recognition algorithms. The project has been developing since 2019 and includes cameras in towns Sovetsky, Surgut, Nizhnevartowsk and Megion. The system is expected to be developing over the region.

Task

Creation of the unite intellectual CCTV system with regional scalability. Video analytics algorithms integration, the system flexibility for new functionions integration.

Problem

Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district - Jugra is the major oil and gas region in Russia and one of the major oil mining regions in the world. It's on the 3rd place in Russian regions socioeconomic status rate and it is the 2nd largest economy in Russia. Previously, the region had no unite intellectual CCTV system.

Solution

The platform has been integrated in Khanty-Mansiysk, Sovetsky, Surgut, Nizhnevartowsk and Megion towns. It has been integrated with th Safe City system and with the existing CCTV systems. Case analytics, service analytics and face recognition algorithms are introduced. The system is scalable within the region and can be functionally developed.
