Netris, Russian major CCTV Smart cities projects developer, and one of the Russian photo-video fixation solutions leaders MSK GROUP have declared the partnership agreement signing.

Netris company develops CCTV systems on Russian scale and maintains over 250 000 CCTV cameras as the part of city and regional CCTV systems in Russia. The purpose of the partnership is Netris platform wider functioning in terms of video analytics for road infrastructure management.

The partners integrate the following functions:

• NetVision Traffic is the basis of intellectual transport network, cars movements in/out of the region data collection and analysis service. The service identifies all vehicle types: cars, passenger transport, cargo transport. It identifies vehicles registration region and country, and helps transit movements assessments, roads capacity assessments and road wear prediction based on heat maps. NetVision Traffic solution moves the management from intuitive mode to analytics-based decision-making.
• NetVision Finder is the solution aimed at operative vehicle search based on car number-plates, marks and models. It connects with all cameras that recognize transport vehicles and unites them into the joint network. There is the special database, independent from Centre for Automated Recording of Traffic Offences and State Road Traffic Safety Inspection. The service identifies transport vehicles even in case it has no car number-plate.
