During the demonstration of Intellectual Traffic System Sergey Sobyanin showed Dmitry Medvedev Netris ECHD Middleware video surveillance platform

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting of the Government Commission on August 6 at the Traffic Centre of the Moscow Government. The meeting was devoted to the problem of the quality of life and business environment improvement with the help of of information technologies.

During the demonstration of Intellectual Traffic System Sergey Sobyanin showed Dmitry Medvedev Netris ECHD Middleware video surveillance platform.

Sergey Sobyanin: “I am convinced that Moscow security system is of vital importance. It includes video surveillance system, about 140 000 city cameras. They are located in public places, yards, schools, shops, on transport and so on. The system has a colossal preventive influence on criminality. We see that qualitative parameters of Moscow safety and the quantity of crimes, solved with the help of new technologies, rise every month.”
